Friday night dinner 8/30!!

We have dinner company.


It will be chicken enchilada's, spanish rice, refried beans, salad,

and rootbeer floats for dessert!!!



The chicken is cooking all ready!!

Grilling a porterhouse, steamed veggies and maybe baked sweet potatoes.

I'm not sure what we are having. Last night our dinner ended up being pretty good. I mixed cream of chicken soup, some milk and green chilis and poured it over some chicken breast and baked it in the oven. I served it over egg noodles and topped it with jack cheese. It was really good. Even had a dck for dinner and he liked it! :)

Dh and I are hopefully going out to eat (at Red Lobster) by ourselves tonight. It's been quite a while since we've eaten there... so I'm really looking forward to it. :licklips:

Well, because ds was supposed to be at his last day of sports/day camp and it's pizza day...and he's not there because he's golfing with his dad, we are having pizza for dinner.
