what's for dinner 9/4?

I made beef stew in the crock pot last night and it was really good.

Tonight I'm making a taco bake thing... layer flour tortillas, taco meat, cheese and salsa. Bake in the oven and serve over lettuce with sour cream on top! :licklips:

For dessert we're having a cream cheese and blueberry layered mixture on baked pie crust. No idea about dinner. Tonight is the pot luck with the college kids. So whatever the others bring. I know it will all be good though.

Well, last night we had pepperoncini beef from the crock pot, with refried beans and tortillas. I had the beef and cheese. Tonight I think I'll do spaghetti for dh and the kids. No clue what I'll eat yet!
