I breaded egg plant ...like parm...but I had no cheese. I also made spegetti to go wth it. It was pretty good.

Since Dh is working tonight, dk's will have mac n cheese and I will make myself a chicken caesar salad with the left over chick from last night.

We had pizza, salad, and grapes.


Of course, DD insists that ranch dressing is on the menu too!!!

Can't eat pizza without it.
