Do you drink enough milk or get calcium through other sources? I drink at least 3 glasses of skim milk a day and eat a lot of broccoli.

I take supplements. My doc said that women need at least 1500 miligrams per day. I also drink at least one glass of milk per day and we eat tons of fresh veggies.

I take calcium supplements every day too. Even though I love broccoli I probably don't eat enough to make that big of a difference. I also don't drink any milk... 8o so taking the supplements are a must for me. :)

Although I eat a lot of cheese and yogurt and veggies (the only milk I get is on my cereal or in my tea/coffee), I take a supplement because the specialist I saw in July for my colonoscopy told me that calcium supplements promote good colon health.

I definately need to take calcium supplements. I have never like milk, although I do love cheese and yoghurt.

I take a supplement too. Love milk, but just don't drink as much as I should.

If you are talking about the Viactive (sp?) calcium chews... the chocolate ones are so good! :) I take calcium each and every day. Lately I have been on a tums kick. Other times I've had the chews of just regular pills. Whatever it takes for me to get it that's what I do. My grandma has osteoperosis and my mom is loosing bone density. So I'm trying to prevent that for myself. I don't drink milk very often.
