Morning! How is everyone today? I have my women's club meeting tonite that I have been working on for months. I think it will be fun..we are having a fashion show and wine tasting. I got all the wine and food donated. Going this am to set up (we are renting the club house at our pool) then running errands the rest of the day.
That sounds like a lot of fun, Ann! Let us know how it goes. :)
Today is a trip to the city for me for a doctor's appointment. I'm now going every two weeks.... yea! Thirty-three weeks today so if everything goes as it's gone in the past I may only have five weeks left! WOOO HOOO!!!! :D
Nothing much else going on. Ds is standing at the door, thirty minutes early, waiting for his bus. :) The girls are staying with Mom today so hopefully they'll still get some schoolwork done.

This is my last day of sloth! :bawling: Doctor appt. at 2:00 then I'm sure work tomorrow... hoping it'll be from home, though... keep those fingers, eyes, legs and toes crossed for me! :lol:
Going to savor this last day of laziness! Surprise by design will be on in a bit... gotta catch that! Not much else on my plate today! Trying not to nap so I can sleep tonight since I have to face the horrors of work tomorrow a.m.! :\
WOW Pam..can't believe you are 33 weeks already!!!! Sounds like ds is liking school..how is it going?
I survived the weekend!! Dd's sleepover was a huge hit with little or no drama.:D It only started getting jaded around 10pm and were gossiping about boys and where babies come from!8o I had just finished telling dd the story about a week ago and her she is telling everyone it comes out of your puddy!! I made them go to sleep after that. LOL
Oh how sweet--ds just served me a glass of water. He has been experimenting lately. Yesterday he gave me ketchup and water and just now he told me he has green water. I smelled it and asked him what was in it. He told me water and green. I said what was green? He said pee pee!!!!!!!!!! He pee'd in a cup and added water to give to me!!!!!!!!?(
To add glory to this already bizzare post (LOL), my neighbor came over yesterday to give dd a gift. She saw the kids coming and going and remembered it was her b-day. She came with her dk's and they were so cheery and hugging dd-VOMIT!!! Never an apology...her typical behavior...pretend it never happened. Then at church she sat in our pew and was yucking it up. Dh wanted to leave. The thing is, I'm no longer mad at her, I just want to be left alone to go on with my life. I just don't think we were meant to be buddies.

I always dread those questions about where babies come from. LOL From your puddy??? :biglaugh: Too funny!!! All I can say about the green water is that it's a good thing you asked what was in it... 8o 8o When my neice was about 3 she brought my BIL a nice cold glass of water... he drank it and asked later, just to find out she had gotten the water out of the toilet. Ugh!!! Oh well... it was too late then. LOL Good luck with your neighbor... she sounds like a real PITA. :\

Getting a slow start to today! I have sometime before class so I figured I'd check in here then start typing my paper that's due tomorrow.

Amy~ Good luck at the doc's , maybe they'll give ya a few more days before you have to go back to work.

Laundry for me today - I put most of it off this wknd. Youngest ds and I have a few errands to run while oldest ds is at school.
Amy - ROFLMAOPMP!!!! Sounds like quite the wknd for you!! Glad you asked ds what he was serving you! :lol: Grr about the neighbor! Why are some people so clueless? :{

Well, guess I'll try this again. I had most of it typed and tried to add a smiley and it froze up on me! :{
Today is the first day off I've had in over two weeks! All my kids are in school so I have the house to myself until noon when I have to go get ds #3 from Head start. I have lots of phone calls to make to get this preschool business rolling along. I also have laundry to do and a kitchen floor to wash.
My sister gets married this Friday so that makes a short work week for us. My sister couldn't find any subs for her while she's on her honey moon, so I get to sub for her at preschool for 3 days! I'm excited, but also scared. She lives over an hour away so I'll be getting up really early and my mom will have to come over and get my kids ready for school. I should make good money though. Here sub pay is $70 /day and I think it's probably more there.
I best be getting started on things before I lose the whole morning on here.
Sounds like you all have fun days planned and Amy has given us the Tip of the Day: Ask before you consume things your children prepare for you! (ROFL--that would be a great story to tell girls he brings home to meet you!!)

It's yet another rainy day here. I'm so tired of rain!!! :rolleyes: I have a busy day with dck's. I think I have 4 all day and then one before school. I am doing back up care for another provider today and tomorrow and the child will be here from 6:30-6:00. I need to go grocery shoppin, so it looks like she will be going with me tomorrow night. I don't really want to wait that late to go.
Other than that nothing exciting going on.
Sounds like some of you have some intresting things going on in your houses! :lol:
morning all...cool here today....getting dd ready for her doctors appointment...she is having her ears washed out....been doing the ear drops for a week now...so it should be a breeze....
nothing much going on....went house hunting yesterday...hit all the open houses in the areas we are interested in...YIKES 8o EXPENSIVE..that's all I can say...
gotta hit work today and finish up at the grocery store....little things I forgot...:lol: but that is another post huh...
Amy/Co...your ds sounds like mine at that age...always question what they are giving you....:biglaugh: once I was handed toliet water....clean ...but still...ewwhh...

Hi all! Draggin my butt today....got too involved in the book I was reading last night and before I knew it it was waaayyy past my bedtime! The alarm went off too soon this am! :lol:
Typical work day...then groceries...home to make supper....took the kids to the library then home for a little TV and now catching up here and headed to bed.
Dd is complaining of a sore tummy...oooohhhh I hate those nights...not know if she will be throwing up before it's over! :\
Hoping this is a fast week....off to the city for our concert on Friday and dd's competition on Saturday.

Well it's been a cool rainy day today, and now the rain has turned to snow..............it's too early for this, but the kids all think it's cool. But at least it's moisture.

EWWW!! SNOW! 8o I am SO not looking forward to the cold weather. This is my most UN-Favorite time of year!
