You go girl. I know you're feeling great. I need to get on the bandwagon here. I know I've gained some of what I'd lost, but I'm to chicken to get on the scales.

Thanks ya'll!! :D I DO feel great. Our 10th anniversary is next week (the 10th on 10/10!) and we're going to PA for a long weekend, so I'm looking forward to new duds and feeling better.

Ann - WW has a weight range for my height, but I have not set my 'goal' yet. I'm taking it a chunk at a time for now.

Amy/CO - HECK NO it's not smaller portions and excercise!! It's blasted yard work, stress over extra-cirricular activities and going to Burger King and eating ice cream. Doing that, tell me how the heck I lost 4 lbs. last week!!!??? LOL I really did drop 4 last week; and for me, it's what I keep talking about - TaeBo - that really does it for me. :) And work - if I'm at work, I'm not eating - if I'm home, I'm in the kitchen.

Good for you! I've been thinking about re-starting Taebo efforts for a weekend workout... this solidifies it!

KEEP IT UP!!!
