Friends and ER questions

:sleep: I fell asleep for ER and didn't tape Friends....any really easy synopsis?

What was Chandlers big NEW? they said shocking on the commercials...was it?

Chandler fell asleep during a meeting and ended up accepting a transfer to Tulsa.

ER was good, but nothing really dramatic. Elizabeth is back but she is very matter of fact and not as caring..she made Carrie cry! LOL

Why did Carrie cry? I watched the show, but dh was talking during that part and I didn't hear what Elizabeth said. So it made no sense to me why Carrie cried.

I taped Friends and am going to watch it today.

It didn't really make sense either, but Elizabeth told Carrie she was on a power trip.
