FOR MY PRESCHOOL!!!!
Sunday we went to look at a couple more houses. One was really nice, but it would have meant converting the garage into the actual preschool room and the house itself into the daycare.
The other house was not as nice on the outside but it is big and roomy on the inside! The walls need painted and we have to put in new carpet. It will mean a lot LESS work that some of the other 'fixer upper" places we looked at. Plus, it's priced pretty low. It has a big living room that leads into a bedroom, but there isn't a door between the two so it's open. Then there is a sliding type door between the living room and dining room. Off the dining room is another bedroom. It's set up so perfect with a bathroom in between the two parts. We will probably have to take out the tub and put in another toilet though.
We got approval from the city Council last night to have it zoned for a business. The next step is getting our business plan detailed and complete so we can apply for the loans and funding to get this going.
