What are your feelings on the current situation in China? Do you feel we should apologize and why or why not?

Should we appologize? It just depends if we are at fault. There is a possibility that we were. It seems like everyday our military is crashing or crashing into something. Since we havent gotten to question the crew members about what happened during the event, we only have irrelavent information and forming an opinion here would be based on ignorance. Personally I dont form my opinion by what the media says. I question and try to look deeper into everything. Both countries have their media talking. China says its our fault and we say it's their's and both countries' citizens are biased just because the media of their particular country tells them to be.
However, the bottom line is that China is wrong for holding our soldiers regardless of who's fault it was. They are breaking every diplomatic rule. The Chinesse government is acting like a bunch of children. It's like china has one of our toys and their refusing to give it back until we appologize. I say grow up and act like leaders. If the United States is in the wrong, who knows, that doesnt mean China has the right to do something wrong also - especially when human lives come into play.
If I was the president, China's entrance in the world-trade organization would not happen. Why support our enemies economy so that they can build up their military and fight us in a war later? That Doesnt make sense. For those who don't know, China is our biggest enemy now - not Russia. They're the ones we have to worry about in the future. China is an up coming global power and we know it, thats why we arent pressuring them too much. We would have bombed them already if they were Iraq or yugoslovia - some small weak country.
