Starting at 208 - 3 Pounds=.... 205!


I know the first few pounds come off easier then the rest, so I'll just enjoy it! I am going to shoot for 204 on Monday. I can't wait to get under 200!

I had a pretty good week this last week. I ate pretty well and I got into the gym every morning M-F. I didn't do Taebo on the weekend like I had hoped, but with dw gone for her girls weekend, it just didn't happen.

I didn't get into the gym today, but I'm going to try and start jogging a couple of days this week. I'm just trying to slowly turn up the exercise each week until I am running or walking for 30 minutes at a pretty good clip. I've basically given up on weight training thus far until I can get up a little earlier to do it.

Oh well... good start! 25 pounds to go!

Good for you, Brichard!

I lost a pound last week, but I may have have gained it back at the scrapbook retreat this weekend. I went hiking but ate tons of chocolate. I wiegh myself thursday after weight training class so we will see.
