I was soooo bad this week and I feel lucky that I was only 204 today! I did get in and run this morning and I am up to running 2 miles. Once I get to 3 miles I'll probably just stay right there.
Here is to shooting for a better week!

You can do it Brichard!! :thumb: I haven't been on a scale for a couple of months. I am trying to just go by how I feel and how my clothes fit. I'm really hoping when I finally do step back on it I'm not in shock!! 8o ;)
OMG we too put our bathroom scale in the gargage last month...I am still walking everyday and eating as good as I can :rolleyes: trying to control the portion size as well....and I feel great...I know I will loose those stuborn pounds...but the scale was too much pressure for me...I was getting kinda down about the entire thing.....
GOOD LUCK BRICHARD....you can do anything you set your mind to....
I finally stepped on the scale after Brichard posted that he was going to get back in the weight loss game. So far I've lost 4 lbs. Just eating a little differently. No if I oly had the will power to get my butt up and excersize!
You can do it Brichard... one day at a time!

It must be going around, Brichard. I gained back the pound I lossed last week, but I know these things happen. Esspecially when there is chocolate around.
