I am a teacher of toddler, and i have a child in my class that is always constipated. I would like any suggestion of food that he can be given to him so he does not have to go through this.
prune juice, apples, lots of fruit. Lots of fluids.

water, water, water
When my girls were little and when I could tell they were having a hard time going, I would lay them on the floor and play "bicycle race", like it sounds, I put them on the floor on their back and moved their legs like they were riding bike, slow and then fast, etc. It worked and they would giggle constantly. They loved it!
Apple juice always did it for my kids.
