Down to 202!
Two pounds away from 200!
Woo Hoo!
(Even with cheating on Halloween candy! ;) )
Fortunately I am up to running 3 miles again, so I feel good!

That's great!! Keep it up. I haven't been doing so well in that area. I have made it out of bed before 6:30 each day this week so its going to happen. Do your children know that you are stealing all their candy?

I am running three miles also. Takes about a month of adding all the times I ran together, but...

I have been getting up every morning at 5:00 and usually go 3 miles - although the past two days have been 2 miles due to rain and my walking buddy having a sore ankle and knee. One morning I jumped on the little tramp, because my walking buddies were not out.
I am determined to keep up the exercise even though my weigh is not moving down!!!

Well, I take that back - you don't want to associate with the likes of me -- I gained 2 lbs over the weekend. :\
The 'weigh in' girl was so cute - she kept making excuses for me -- "well, flying does make you retain water, you are wearing jean overalls.... you'll drop it this week, for sure." LOL

Where ya' been man? I'm really surprised that I have dropped the weight. My exercise has improved, but usually I have to be pretty rigid in my eating to make a difference. I've been eating my meals pretty responsibly, but I've been snacking waaaay too much.
I usually ask the kids if I can have their candy or I try to take things they don't like. I know they love Reeses cups, so I stay away from them. The problem I have is that people keep bringing their Halloween candy into work! Aarrrgghhh!
