Does anyone have this book? I am really impressed. He has a lot of common sense stuff in there, but what I really like are his 8 basic strength straining exercises (weights). They target all the right areas, and the whole thing only takes me about 25 minutes. So I can run on the treadmill and do weights in under an hour which is great since I always seem to be pressed for time. Just wondering what anyone else thought?

Haven't read it, sounds good though. Free weight?
What's your treadmill program?
I am trying to decided between shorter time and faster or longer and a little slower. I did a hill interval on Thursday and I am STILL dying! LOL

His program is for free weights Ann but we have a universal so I use of combo of both. My preference is free weights though.

My treadmill program varies. I try to run for at least 20 minutes each time. This morning I ran at a 6.3 mph pace for the entire 20 minutes and that REALLY had my heart pumping. Other times I will walk for 10, run for 10, walk for 10. Sometimes 5/20/5. I try to mix it up. I rarely spend longer than 30 mins on the treadmill, I prefer a more intense shorter workout.

I have to really be careful with inclines due to past injuries so I don't do hills.

I can't run for long periods cause of my legs so when I run it's at 5.6 for maybe 5 minutes, but I will walk for 15 then run 5. I walk usually at a pace of 4 on an incline of 2. I try to do a 15 minute mile so I am at least getting 2 miles in 30 minutes.
