Alright...I have decided that I need to start getting into shape and at least working out a couple times a week. I am not for the whole going to the gym...just not enough time to do that. I am interested in doing a workout video at home. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good video? I have looked at the Firm series, but $90 is a little more than I want to spend right now, especially if I don't know anyone who has used it and liked it. I am looking for a total body work out, cardio, muscle toning, everything. It would also have to be high interest. Ideas anyone....

sorry I can't recommend a tape....:wiggle: I am a clutz....but for me the total workout for me has been walking...weather on a tredmill or outside just walking around the block....good luck...and have fun with it....

BTW sometimes your local library will carry viedos you can check out for free...try some of thier exercise ones before you go and shell out money for one....better to try it out first...;)

Tai-bo is said to work. I only tried it a few times with a workout group we have at school. I was really sore the day after my first tai-bo workout and they say if your sore it's working. So, try that. I think that they have them in the library.
Hope I helped...

Just a thought...

try a thrift store is you don't find what you want at the library.

our local goodwill store has tons of work out tapes for a dollar each

I have to say, Tae-Bo has worked for me - it's awesome!!
You can do the regular 30 min. workout and then move on to the 1 hr. advanced (it will kick your butt) and I've recently gotten the 8 min. advanced workout - a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Good luck!!
