This guy is nuts...I truely believe that...why would you hang your child over a balcony ....he looked like he didn't have a good hold on this child either.....said he got caught up in the excitement.....HELLO ...He should be investigated.....

He's a real weirdo... isn't he? UGLY??? Ugh... he gets worse and worse each/every time I see him. Yuck!!! Can you tell I can't stand him? I think he's a very talented dancer/singer... but he's definitely not very smart.

Don't you think Social Services should/could step in and take those children away or charge him with Child Endangerment or something? I'm sorry but dangling a child out of a window umpteen stories up just isn't a very smart/safe thing to be doing. If it were you or I doing it you can bet someone would be knocking at our door in a matter of minutes ready to step in. Someone really oughtta do something about him... 8o 8o 8o

I was blown away when Isaw that the other day.....I can't believe he's not being repremanded(sp?).

Some people don't stop and think?

Like tonight I was walking out of the library and I passed a women with her children ....when I got to the door there was a little boy about 2 years old between the 2 sliding glass doors... The door would not open for him cause he was too close. He was crying. So I got him to back up so I opened it and took him in ....could not find the mother who should have been right there it was only like a minute since I passed her. Then I spotted the brother who turned when he heard him crying....I said he was caught outside the door. He said thanks...and I left.

The sad thing is I just realized the mother may not even know what happened. That fustrates me causes it was dark and anything could have happened to thatboy.

Sorry I ramble on so.

Ditto!! If it were anyone else, for one, his children would have been taken away and for two, he would have been arrested. Social Services definitely should step in. I can't believe that he thinks just saying that he got caught up in the excitement is going to make everything all better. The audacity of him!! Everytime I see the footage my skin crawls. Those poor children. :\

I think it was perfectly horrible but there is such thing as jurisdiction...what state exactly would come in and take the children away? He was in another country! Should this be a federal case? California? France...cause one of the kids was born over there???????

I have seen the footage but have heard minimal about it. I didn't realize he was in another country. Even worse, what kind of image is he portraying of American parents?!?

I was surprised by the talk being about whether or not he was this child's father - didn't really look like a Jackson! Hello! The man is man-handling this child and dangling it over a balcony 20 stories up. How about a child endangerment charge.

He gets weirder and weirder - if that is even possible.

I find it amazing. Everyone always talks about how the US needs to be more like Europe. Now the German's have said they aren't going to do anything. I think the US childwelfare system needs an overhaul but it doesn't sound as if the German standards are close to enough in this case!

And then he takes his kids to the zoo the next day. That was scary enough! Kids wrapped up so you can't see their faces hidden behind umbrellas (it wasn't raining). He's going to have them as warped as he is.

My understanding is that you follow the rules of the country you are in and that is where jurisdiction would be. So even if they were US citizens, born in France, if it happens in Germany, Germany has jurisdiction unless they choose to turn it over to another country. For example, a military person that gets in trouble off base overseas may or may not be returned to the base for punishment.

For example - the case of a woman that murdered her newborn. She was from a European country. Many of them are very liberal with postmartum depression and using that as a justification. when she was going up for trial here for murder, her home country said that was inhumane.

I couldn't agree more. That "man" is nuts! I can't believe that they aren't going to do anything to him.. I mean jeepers! I don't think his elevator makes it all the way to the top.

I was going to mention that I had hoped that the child's mother would step in and do something..but hey obviously she isn't all there herself she did have a child with him.

I mean what was the point showing the child to the "world" with a towel over it's head? Why bother?

It's a scary world we live in.
