PECAN PIE CRUST
2 cups of ground pecan halves
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon of salt
(I would add a little Splenda)
* Grind nuts.
* Mix with butter or margarine and salt.
* Spread in the bottom of a pie pan or spring form pan.
* Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serving Suggestions:
This is a great crust for a cheesecake or other pie. It adds a great flavor.
Save some pecan halves to decorate the top of your
pie or cheese cake.
