Reindeer antlers

I've got to make antlers for my Brownies to wear in the Christmas parade and I'm stumped!! HELP!

I don't really WANT to do the ones out of construction paper.... but will if I can't find any other way to make them.

I thought if I got the plain plastic headbands, then I could go from there --- but that's where I got stuck!! LOL

Any help would be appreciated!

Ds made them at preschool, but with construction paper. :\ They made the headband part and then the antlers were made out of their hands that they traced and cut out - you could maybe use brown craft foam for that part??

I actually found some decent ones @ the dollar store - they actually light up!! LOL
We won't need that lovely addition in the parade, but when they get them home, they can blink their hearts out! LOL
