found my tapes...can't even imagine what I did with the step thing...LOL...I loved that for a workout...I used to have a great BUTT...:lol: 10 years and two kids ago....:p

I never did the step arobics, I don't have the balance needed....But I just asked for that leslie sansons Walk away the pounds, for christmas. Hopefully I'll get it...It's got an excerise belt to work the arms that comes with it.

I still have several Denise Austin step tapes that I got at good will I'm going to have to brake them out again soon. I wonder if they still work?
