YES!

SUSAN'S IDIOT PROOF FUDGE

1/2 C Butter
2 C sugar
2/3 C evaporated milk
2 C tiny marshmallows
1 C semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C chopped walnuts (optional)

Line 8x8 pan @ buttered foil, extending over sides
Cook butter about 1 min. on high in microwave to melt.
Add sugar and milk. Stir well.
Cook in microwave on high for about 8 mins., stirring well @ 3 min. intervals. <All microwaves are different, but you can tell when it's done by watching the bubbles. When the bubbles rise near the top of the bowl, it's done. This probably won't happen until after at least 6 mins. of cooking.
Add vanilla, marshmallows, chocolate and nuts to hot mixture and quickly stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour into greased pan and chill several hours. Use foil to lift from pan - cut to desired size.

Keep refrigerated if possible.

ENJOY!! Dd and I made this last year.... :licklips:

Here is a idea that I got from a craft form. The poem hit a little too close to home for me.

Anyway, you attach this to a big Hersey Chocolate bar!!!

Dashing from the mall,
with groceries yet to buy.
Lessons, work and housecleaning.
Life is so crazy! Why?

Bells on our phone ring,
The machine will take the call.
We have no time for family or friends;
it drives us up the wall.

How are you? How's your life?
We really want to know.
We'd love to chat and hear the news;
but please don't talk too slow.

How are you? How's your life?
We really want to know.
Hope you're ready for Christmas;
maybe it will snow.

A day or two ago;
We thought we'd make a treat,
for all our special friends;
A Christmas gift to eat.

Our intentions were top notch,
but our schedule would not budge;
hence here's this years edition;
of our homemade Christmas fudge.

Include with poem a large Hershey chocolate bar.

How do you know when it gets to 'soft ball stage'? Do you need a candy thermometer?
