I worked all day at one of my jobs (I have two of them). Today I worked as an Early Interventionist (working with special needs kids and their families). It was really busy because I had 3 home visits, and quickly had to run to the office in between, and of course they lived nowhere near eachother :bounce: .
I had tons of paper work :computer: and then had to quickly rush home to greet the kids from school :read: .
Now I am home, and pooped  , but now I must figure out what to make for dinner :licklips: .
Glad to hear that your dog :doggie: is doing better Ann.

I had an electrition show up at my door early this morning to hook up the air conditioner we had installed. I thought it was all done and ready to go but evidently the electricity wasn't yet hooked up to it... It would have been real nice if somebody had called and TOLD me that they were sending an electrition out to hook it up. Ugh!!! I probably looked like an idiot because I had no clue what he was talking about. LOL
I had the kids outside most of the day today. I got to play with sidewalk chalk, blew some bubbles, got a ride in the wagon, played some ball... and even got to play a little bit of duck duck grey duck... Yep... I had LOTS of fun! It's nice to still have an excuse to go outside and act like a kid again and have fun. LOL After day care I turn into a normal grown up person again and then I have to act my age. LOL Anyway... they totally pooped me out! LOL
We've all got hair cuts tonight... and then I have to stop at Target and pick up a few things for my dd's dinner banquet that we have to go to on Wednesday night.
Ann... How is your dog handling her bed rest? I'm SO glad that she is doing much better!!!
Take care...

I went to bible study this morning. It is a new study for me, The Heart that Makes a Home. It was awesome. Afterward dk's and I took lunch to my in-laws and stayed for a couple hours. We stopped by Sam's Club on the way home for plates, utensils, cups.....stuff we need for Easter dinner. I just got dinner started and whew.....back here to check up with you all!!
When dh gets home I am going out to eat with my mops group for "mom's night out." Then, to Walmart with my neighbor who I am so glad is home from vacation!!

Our study guide is by Dr. Bruce H. Wilkinson. They also recommend reading The Power of the Praying Wife by Stormie Omartian.

It has been a busy day here too. I subbed in the computer lab :computer: at one of the elementary schools today. 8 classes of practicing my Mavis Beacon teaches typing!! It went ok. I am subbing there again tomorrow unless I get my wish for a snow day. Forecasters are predicting 4-8 inches of snow plus wind!!! springtime in Colorado!!
Zach starts soccer practice tonite. Jay starts on thursday w/me as coach!! That may be a joke- I got roped into it when the other coach backed out ?(
It should be fun since my sil and I are doing it together plus another Mom I don't know real well. Any of you with coaching experience feel free to give me pointers.
Better go check on the boys. They are outside playing army men.
See ya

Beth, how do you play soccer in the snow???
It was busy here today to. I had 1 house to clean, then it was parents watch me day at swimming lessons so I met dh and dd at the pool, then to moms dropped off dd so I could do easter shopping, pick dd up again, had to stop for gas and yell at the attendent. Something I would never think of doing but the pump read my credit card then approved it but wouldn't pump any gas out. The attendent told me to go to a different pump but my c.c. number was still on the first one so I wasn't leaving it there until she took it off. She finally did. :banghead: I know have 20 minutes to drive 23 miles to meet the bus for ds. I made it!!!!
Had to have ds change into karate clothes. Drive to karate drop of son, off to the park with dd. Back to pick up son and Shehan tells me ds didn't bring sparring equipment. Like this is my responsiblity!!!! I think he can carry his own stuff from his room if we wants to spar during class without me reminding him everyday!!! That is what I told Shehan also. There is only so much I can be responsible for.
Then dinner, stories, songs, prayers and bed for kids. (lets not forget wake dh, feed him, and send him off to work.) Whew now I'm tired and I have all my house stuff to do. And I wonder why I don't get much computer time to post here!!!!
Have a great night!!!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! What a day..I am exhausted from just reading about it!

Busy day here, too. Dh was home sick again. OUr realtor came over today and was very helpful. We told her we want to try to sell on our own and she was great about it. Even told us she has a packet of info that will help us and to call her anytime we have questions. We also had a guy come over to look at our house. I wish he would buy it!!! :) This whole moving thing is so stressful and it's just the beginning! :nervous: Tonight I have been trying to finish up packing. My goal is to get all four of us in 1 suitcase. :tearhair:

Sorry to hear that you dh was sick... not fun!!! :( Good luck selling your house. I hope you have good luck selling it fast!!! We'll be putting my FIL's house on the market in a few weeks and were hoping it sells really fast too. We might just get a life after it's sold/gone. LOL At least it's not our's... having to pack and the stress of moving out and looking for a new house. Have you started looking yet... or have you already found something?
GOOD LUCK getting all four of you packed into ONE suitcase... you've GOT to be kidding!!!!! :) How long did you say you were going to be gone? LOL When we pack to go anywhere we have a VERY hard time just getting dh and I in ONE suitcase. LOL No way it would happen for us. :) Hope you have a good trip!
Bye...

Isn't house selling stressful/a lot of work? Good luck with your fil's house. Our realtor thought our house would be easy to sell - let's hope so! We have found a house that we love! I just haven't wanted to "jinx" anything. We know the people and they are selling it on their own, so we are going to finalize things when we get back. Another reason our house needs to sell fast! :nervous:
About my packing  - we are gone for 4 days, so I am TRYING to squeeze us in. It's a big suitcase and this morning I'll know if my efforts worked! LOL! I figure if I can get it zipped I'll have more room on the way home with less diapers and no treats stashed away...then again there will be "souveneirs" to bring home! :) We don't leave until this afternoon, so I have time to figure this out - no pressure or anything! LOL!

LOL... hope you get everybody squeezed in! LOL  Great about already finding another house. I hope your's sells real fast... did you hear anything from the guy who already looked at it? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Were thinking that my FIL's house will go quickly... it's on a Lake and lake property usually goes pretty fast, especially this time of the year. Houses are selling pretty fast around here. It seems like the FOR SALE signs are no sooner put up... and the SOLD sign is up shortly after, like within a day or two. LOL Have a good time on your trip and let us know how it goes when you get back. :)
Bye...

Thanks, Diane! We know the guy who looked at it. He is going thru a divorce and said he liked it and to keep him on our list of interested buyers. Hello - what does that mean? I wish he would just make an offer. I bet your fil's house will go quickly. It's a seller's market right now. Good luck!! :)
