View Full Version : Fitness Progress 1/2
Well I was shocked, but managed to put in 3 miles this morning. I only ate 3 meals yesterday. I went to the pantry at least 15 times out of habit but shut the door without munching on anything. I am drinking my glass of water as I type. I've decided that I am going to do 3 miles a day whether I walk or run it or some combo of the two.
How is everyone else doing?

Wellll...... I've had pancakes so far this morning and I guess I'll go add up the pts. and actually write them down. I won't get weighed in today, b/c the meeting isn't until 11:30 and I never eat before I weigh --- no way am I NOT going to eat until noon today!! LOL I will go tomorrow (at 8:00 am).
I will tae-bo and maybe get out w/dd and her bike today.

I did my 3 miles on the treadmill, no running today only walking. No caffeine so far, I'm waiting for the headache to kick in. I think I'll lift some weights after lunch.
