Diane

I watched a little bit of it and wasn't too impressed. The guy just didn't impress me at all... didn't appear to be all that intelligent or even good looking. (IMHO) If you watched it... what did you think?

I forgot about it....I wanted to see that. I think the idea was to see if these women would fight for him just because of the money.

I watched all but the first 15 minutes and wasn't all that impressed either- but will stillwatch because I want to see their reactions when they find out that he doesn't have money!

I watched Real World/Road Rules Battle of the Sexes too! 8o Any one else watch it???? It's going to be a good one! :)

I watched it. It seemed a little cheesy, but boy are these women gonna get catty - so yes, I'll keep watching. :D Heidi seems like the one to watch - think she'll get her claws out first and I'd love to see her face when she finds out the $$ was a lie!!! LOL!

I thought it was good... Puck's back, along with several others who have been kicked off different seasons for different reasons. Since it's on MTV it will be rerun several times this week. Check your TV guide- it's a must see!!! 8o

Karla- I'll remind you!!! :D

I also watched the first 15 minutes or so, then decided my new book sounded more interesting... forgot about RW/RW, though :\ oh well, it'll be on 20 more times this week!! LOL
Why the heck didn't they do something about that guys hair (Joe Millionaire)?!! Aarrgg... that was bugging the crap out of me
I would love to see when the girls get duped, though! That would be pretty funny... some of you who keep up with it, let me know when they're going to drop the bomb!!!

I watched it, and wasn't that impressed either. I didn't care for the "dress selection"...20 dresses for 20 girls...and it was a cat fight as they were trying to find one to wear. At least in the end everyone had a dress that fit. I can't believe I'm saying this...but I'll probably watch it next week..just to see what happens!

Now...the Bachelorette is on tonight, right????

I watched it and thought it was funny. That's just what I expected though. I thought it was a hoot when he was being quized on wines and didn't have a clue. I think they've really set it up to be obvious that something is up if only the women would open their eyes. I mean couldn't any of the women tell that was his first day riding a horse? And they teach him how to dance so he's obviously a beginner, then one of the women talks about how well she can dance and he's a great dancer. And I thought the dress scene was enlightening. They all know there are 20 dresses only. So what do some of them do (like Heidi), they take two. I agree they need to do something about his hair.

I just read on another board that there is speculation that in real life he is in fact VERYwealthy! They tell the girl he picks that he has no money to see if she will still want him... and once she answers they surprise her again. It sounds kind of lame to me. Also, it said that he has done a ton of modelling with famous photographers... but last night he said he bombed as a model. They also made him sound like he grew up a poor boy but then they showed a picture of his parents house (which was quite nice) and that blew that out of the water... so there just might be something to this rumour. ??

I guess I'm going to be the odd woman out. I thought he was quite attractive..and I actually loved his hair <grin>.

I agree with the Heidi statement - she is definitely going to be the one to stir the kettle.

I don't think however that it was as interesting as the other reality shows..with the exception of him having almost been caught in a lie..(the whole middle name thing).

Anyone who was watching it... are you still watching it? If so... out of the 3 left, who do you think he'll choose? Actually... this show is better than I thought it would be. I guess you could say I'm hooked. LOL

Um...I think he's going to pick that girl that he went on the bike ride with (and made out with!8o ). Can't remember her name. I think it's a "working-class" Bachelor ! The girls don't seem as refined...and Evan certainly is working class! It's almost funny to watch!!!

That's who I thought he'd pick too. (Sarah) Keeping my fingers crossed that's who he picks... but then agian I almost hope not. 8o I really like this show, but I hate that he's lying/pretending that he's a millionaire. I think that all of these girls are way too nice to get tricked like that. :(

I missed most of this last show. To bad MoJo is gone. I liked her better then the dark haired teacher. I'm thinking that is who he goes with. She just seems a little two faced to me. I really like all of the others left though.

Lor - when I said I didn't like his hair so messy, I didn't mean that I don't like how he looks! I do think he's a good looking guy.

I for one really like the show. Dh does too. I think it is funny the whole story line and all.All that stupidness so to speak I'm sure is to fit in with the storyline. They did trim his hair in the beginning. I wish Melissa-I can't stand her -went instead of Mojo.
I like Zora. I think he does too. I think he will choose her because she doesn't seem to be a gold digger. There is something about her that she will not reveal though..
What was up with that check Mojo wrote to herself for 1 mil?
Do you remember when he slipped up with Zora talking about how he was driving a bulldozer it was either 2 weeks or 2 months ago and then he fixed it by sayin 2 years ago.
That would be a pretty neat storyline if he was really rich too. Tell them the $19,000 truth and then see what the lucky lady says then reveal the real truth that he is a millionaire.HMMM we'll see....NIC

Diane
01-28-2003, 11:58 PM
I think that's why he dumped Mojo... he seemed surprised/stunned when she showed him that check. That and that poem that she wrote.. he said that the "husband/wife" part of it really freaked him out. IMHO... she kind of screwed it for herself. :(

I'm hoping he chooses either Melissa or Zora... both seem to be pretty nice girls. I like the show but I hate the lie. I hope it ends that he really IS rich and everything goes the way they want it to... We'll see. LOL

Lynda = okay glad to hear you think he's a hottie as well! I agree his hair is getting waaay too long.

I hope that he picks Zora. Although I think he might pick Sara..but I'm definitely rooting for Zora.

Absolutely hands down can't stand Melissa! She is in it for the bucks..when she made the statement that she could change him (Stop him from drinking beer etc..) it showed what type of woman she is.

Frankly I think Sara is the same way.

Hated the way the girls acted like a bunch of hussies and crashed Zora's date. Shows their true personalities!

He is quite the beer drinker... isn't he? LOL I don't think I've seen a scene with him without his beer. I think that would bother me a little bit. LOL

He's actually a lot better looking than I first thought he was. He kinda grows on you!! LOL Actually, he kind of reminds me of a young Christopher Reeves. (Super Man)

I think he is the biggest moron I have ever seen!! Sure he is eye candy but I think my dog is smarter than he is!!!
Do you catch all the malapropisms or more correct, Freudian slips..Melissa wants to go off to be a mercenary (uh, sweetie..you mean missionary!!??) and Evan didn't she was domesticated (domestic???? animals become domesticated..well, maybe he was right)!!!!

LOL... I don't think anyone could/would ever accuse him of being too smart... that he definitely is NOT!!! LOL You can tell that just by looking at him... LOL :crazyroll :crazyroll

I caught Melissa's slip and laughed my butt off when she did it... and he didn't appear notice. (duh) She was only telling him what she thought he wanted to hear... my goodness she was b---hing because she got crap under her fingernails when she was cooking, do you really think she'd actually go off to be a missionary... or "mercenary"????? LOL LOL I can't believe she had never cooked anything before either... didn't even know what Garlic looked like. 8o Actually... maybe he should pick/choose her... they're so much alike. LOL

Was surprised to see this side of Melissa - up until this week I liked her. :\

He seems to flip flop his opinions. One time he's negative about one of them and then a little later he says just the opposite about her.

I think Zora had every right to be ticked and walk out of the hot tub when the others joined in. He made some comment about Melissa looking 'hot' or something to that affect. I'm guessing the hot tub incident is what convinced him to keep her. I figured she would have been gone.

Did you catch the remark that the butler made in his closing ?

It had something to do with what they would be doing next time and how Heidi would have liked that. It was funny.

I'm actually quite surprised that he kept Zora... did you catch his comment about how he hates to constantly have to reassure her? He said that when she talks like that... he feels like just running out of the room and not coming back. He almost seemed "ticked" at her for making him feel that way. 8o That and he compared her to a "Disney Movie" ?

I was surprised how rude the others were by crashing Zora's date with him. I couldn't believe they did that. She had every right to be ticked off. I also thought very little of him (what a BIG JERK) for not being a gentleman and going after her.. but instead stayed because he was "having too much fun". Ugh!!! Pretty selfish! After that incident I'm not too sure (if I were Zora) I'd WANT him to pick me. IMHO she's WAY too good for him.

I think that he is attracted to Zora because she isn't easy. The others have done just about everything possible to let him know that they are more than interested in him. Your right Zora is too classy for him. Perhaps he would be better off with someone like Melissa (the garlic thing was hysterical!).

I agree with you completely on the other girls crashing his date with Zora..obviously he isn't looking for the woman that he claims to be. Seems to me if he did it this early on he wouldn't be trustworthy later. I personally thought that by him staying there it showed what kind of class he didn't have. Not to mention his making out session with Sara.

Oh well we shall see. But frankly I think that he is turned on by the fact that Zora has made it clear that she isn't interested in pursuing him unless she deems him worthy.

(AP) - One of the three finalists in Fox's hit "Joe Millionaire" has starred in dozens of bondage and fetish films under a pseudonym, a Web site reported Wednesday. Sarah Kozer, 29, starred in movies such as "Novices in Knots" and "Hogtied," and a foot-fetish film "Dirty Soled Dolls," according to the Web site The Smoking Gun. The site said Kozer was clothed in her movie appearances, which included being gagged and hog-tied in a cheerleader's uniform.

FYI this was taken from Yahoo's home page..wouldn't suprise me if it's true.

I heard that about Sara as well today. I think it's on some website called Smoking Gun?

Ann - I agree he isn't very bright. Then again, if I was lying my butt off and under the scrutiny of millions of home views, I'd probably sound like an idiot as well!
