View Full Version : Wed. Morning
Well, our house guest has left, he gave dh a thumbs up on the work situation...so that's a relief....dh is still feeling like he isn't getting anywhere, just spinning his wheels, but his boss told him there really is potential here......
dh goes in at 11:00 a.m. for a Cat scan on his abdomin, yes he is still having aches, and pains here and there....I am not saying I am unsypathetic, I just am starting to wonder if he might be a little of a hypocontricac? I love this man, don't get me wrong , but since he had that scare at Thanksgiving, with the PVC's (the extra heart beat) he has been feeling every ache and pain he has ever had, and think he is going to die...its really getting annoying...I think the doctor is getting tired of it too.....he really needs to relax, my dh not the doctor...LOL...oh well....I know he needs reassurring, its just hard sometimes.....I am doing all I can and then some....
dd and I are going to bake some cookies while dh and his sister are at the hospital....then we have a date with Barbie...Yikes....
hope all is well with you all... Was paying the bills, last night, and man....that can get you down...not going to worry about it....they are getting paid, and I have a new mantra.....enjoy everyday....for you only get THIS day once......
Oh my...well even if your dh is a hypcondriac(sp?), let's hope all is better soon and I wish him good luck with his CT scan.
I love your new mantra/signature.
I've got to bake cookies too, but not until later tonight...ds's class is having a bake sale at school tomorrow to raise money for a class trip. Have fun on your date with Barbie...
Renee, sorry that your dh is still not feeling better!
It is SO00000000000 humid here today, even the inside of my house is sticky!!! Renting the rug doctor to clean my nasty carpets in the bedrooms..can't having the front part of the house looking fantastic and the back like a slum!! LOL

Renee- Hope all goes well for your dh at the dr today - maybe then he'll be able to relax a little about what is/isn't going on with his body? :) I also like your new sig!!
Ann- My sister and I were just talking about TX last night (they are heading to San Antonio today) and I said something about humidity and she said it's never HUMID in TX, so thanks for the PROOF that I am right! LOL! Have fun cleaning your carpets. That's on my list to do when we get back.
I have been up since the crack of dawn - worse than an anxious kid today! I am trying to get caught up on all the laundry before we leave so there's not a TON to do Monday! :)

San Antonio gets pretty humid in the summer cause of the river, but not quite as bad as here. I don't know what she is thinking, but here in the winter a LOW humidity day is only 50%...in the summer 98% isn't unusual.

I don't know what she's thinking either. She was SO adament and even asked her dh, who said it does get humid, but closer to the coast. I was like, "Well my friend from TX...." And she was like, "What friend in TX?" Me: "Umm, you know, er uh, my pretend friend..." LOL!

Karla - I can't believe it is almost time for you to go already!! Be sure to take notes as I want to know everything!!!!
Renee - I hope dh finds healing.
AnnW - Happy shampooing.
Bev J - Send some cookies my way!
We are hoping to get to the zoo today before more rain comes through. The rain has been wonderful, we are down 6 inches this year and my lawn needs it!!
With all the humidity issues we have here maybe we should all re-locate to Arizona!
Well, that is all I have planned for today. What a life!
Enjoy!!

MM ! I made a promise to HH that I would not under and circumstance complain about the heat or humidity here. After spending 2 winters in NJ, freezing our tushes off, I will sweat with a huge smile on my face!!!!
Renee sorry to hear about DH's health difficulties. Hope all turns out fine for you.
