Here I am sneaking a check in from work and thinking I was going to have so much to read! Where is everyone??

Cold day here today, but nice out, still have loads of snow. We are going to a wedding tomorrow night and it looks like they will have a beautiful winter evening :)

It's supposed to get up to 31 today! :yippee: It's already 20 so we are definitely going outside to play. I have a busy day with dck's coming and going through out the day. So it should go by pretty fast.

Looking froward to Friends, CSI and ER tonight. Other than that I have no other plans! :)

Very windy here today. :\ Both dks have school. Dh has a game tonight and I think we'll go to that. :)

been to the doc's again...Have a sinus infection...switched my meds.....feel like someone ran over me...achy body...and head pressure...lets hope it passes soon

Got a flight out for next weekend for dh and I to go visit BIL/SIL at the Cancer Clinic in AZ....kids and Dog are staying with a good friend of ours....I am excited...

I am waiting for the Satelite man to come and fix this dish...argh...

We have a wedding on Saturday, a Birthday dinner (adults only) Saturday Night...and then the kids and I are going to a 5 year old birthday party on Sunday....I will need the week after to recover....

Still sick, here. Headed to the dr. to see how long this "thing" ususally lasts. Feel too bad to eat - won't get my strength back unless I do eat...... ugh. :\

Yikes!!8o Dr. says I'm still contagious for another week!!!
Dh and dd can still get it up to two weeks from now. I sure hope they don't...........
Did eat a whole can of soup, so am feeling stronger (lost 3 lbs tho!) ;) LOL (don't wanna do it that way again EVER!)

It was work again for me today. And I am swamped with requests to sub for the next several weeks. It feels good to be needed, but wow!!!!

I have a bit of a delima. My piano lessons are on Tuesday. I usually don't get requests to sub on Tuesday. Anyway, I have two teachers which are begging me to sub. So,


Do I try to change piano to sub, or do I just tell them that I can't do it??????


It is so hard for me to tell them no!! And I hate to switch piano. (It is not like I will get much practice in with all the days that I am working!!!)


I think that I will call my piano teacher and ask her if she has an afternoon open. If so then I will sub, if not I will reject the job. I am answering my own question here!!! It does help to tell it all out!!!

I just wished substituting paid more!!!!


Anyway, way too much work at home to get caught up on!!! If you don't hear from me in awhile it is because of work, but I will still be checking in!!!

Hi all. How I wish it was Friday.....I am so :sleep: , but not sleeping well at all this week.....weird dreams!

Had dd to the dentist yesterday. Our dog jumped up on her a few weeks ago and we just noticed that one of her front teeth was going gray. The dentist pulled the nerve from her tooth and put in a temp filling. Back in about 6 weeks for a permanent filling. Thank goodness I bought accident insurance (through the school) which will hopefully cover the costs!

Weird and wacky weather here....way above normal on Tues/Wed and now below for the next few days. Supposed to be -20C here tonight! The wind has been incredible too!

waited here all day for this Satelite guy...finally called them...oh, they sent a repair tech to VA...hello I live in CA...well we can't get anyone out there until next week...oh yeah...you will have some one here tommorrow...or blah blah blah....they made the mistake..they sent the repair guy to the wrong STATE and house....they can have this corrected....well...finally after talking with three different people....I will have a tech man there tommorrow....

I am getting so tired of this...starting to think of just getting rid of the entire system..

That's exactly what or weather has been like this week. Crazy, isn't it? 8o
