Who is it that always started the weekly check in? Oh yeah, that guy is here somewhere. Is anyone interested in a weekly thread checking in on weight/excercise? What day is best?

Jen you are doing awesome with ww! Renee how much have you lost total? Jeannie? I know I'm probably out of the loop on this area of the board.

I hit a whopping 226 pounds last week and I can't believe what a big fatty I am! That picture to the left looks nothing like me anymore. I am going to take control....can you help me?

I'm in the game. I for one really missed Brichard's and Jeff's motivational weekly challenge. Put me on the list.

I am not over weight, but do it for the health of it. I think I currently weight about 140. (I throw out the bathroom scale before Christmas - one of my dd's friends was jumping on it and broke it!!!)

I do try to walk daily. Last week I only made it 3 days.

So, here are my goals:

Drink more water
Lose 15 lbs
Walk daily (3 miles)

I will be checking in!!!

Go team - Go!!!!!!

I definately am in. I need some motivation to get started. I am having a hard time eating 3 meals a day (I often skip breakfast and/or lunch :\ ) and can't seem to be consistent working out.

I'm in! I just started my diet on Monday 1/13/03 so this is perfect me.8)

I'm at 5'5 weigh in at 154

I'm currently doing the patetenlean diet with a 1500 calorie intake and doing the 8-min Tae-Bo for starters, I will work myself up to the advance Tae-Bo workout.
Right now it's very cold and snowy here in NY so walking is out!:walkin:

My goal is to lose about 29lbs.

I've been married for 2 Years & know DH for 3, I've gained these 29lbs in over 3 Years.:o

I use to wear a size 7/8 and now I'm in a size 13/14, I want to be able to wear all the 7/8's in my closet!!!

So girls let's do it!!!:bounce:

I walk on the tredmill 1 hour a day...or 3 1/4 miles....

Lots of H20

I mean pee me a river....

portion control for me is one serving of rice and veggies....NO JUNK...NO CANDY, COOKIES, CHIPS...lots of veggies and I have started to love Reduced Fat Triscuits...they fill me up, one serving with a glass of water.....like eating a sponge....

doing the Winning Points with Wieght Watchers....online...and I have been loving every minute.
