Holy Moly! Wow... talk about edge of your seat! After it was over, I couldn't make myself get off the couch for a while! And I REALLY needed to go potty!!! I definitely recommend it!
Panic Room is also really good if you like suspense... I've gotten to were I just can't follow a movie unless it keeps you on edge the whole time... could be ADHD, or just that I'm not into mushy movies anymore!!! :biglaugh:
Just thought I'd share! :D
Is that the Mel Gibson movie..thought it was just coming out in the theater?

Ann - yeah, it was in theaters... not sure when, though... maybe late summer, early fall?
Marla - it was pretty freakin' scary! LOL This lady in the store said she was reeeeeeally scared afterwards, too! Don't get it if you don't like scary stuff.... I'm okay today, though! Which, if it was about ghosts, I wouldn't be! That's the main type of scary movie I can't handle!
Panic Room was really good. You should watch it if you like suspense.
I saw advertising that it was coming out on video and wanted to see it. also had a friend tell me panic room was good. I may just try to pick them up later today. I don't like scary movies if dh is going to be away. His next trip isn't till April so maybe I could get over the scare by then. LOL

Ooh! I love scary movies!! 8o Thanks for the reviews!! :thumb:
I think it depends on where you see it. LOL I saw it on a flight from Cincinatti to Denver this past November and I thought it wasn't scary at all. I actually thought it was rather hoax"ish" and didn't buy into it very much. Could have been the jet lag..... LOL

I haven't seen Signs, but I really want to. I love Mel Gibson....and I'd watch a slasher movie if he was in it. LOL
I did see The Others. It wasn't scary really......but very spooky and thought provoking.

Signs isn't a slasher movie... you should definitely see it.
I can't watch any movies about ghosts... no way, no how, nuh-uh! LOL
We bought it the other night, but haven't watched it yet. Hopefully we will get a chance to watch it soon. (I like scary movies!)

I know exactly what you mean. Crossing over? My favorite show. And to top it all off, it either makes people hate it totally, no questions asked, or they love it. I am getting tickets as soon as they're available.

Saw Signs--I watched in my family room with surround sound and I thought the same as Amy/CO...hoaxish (don't think it's a location thing! LOL!). The Others gave us a giggle--"But you ARE my mother." LMAO! Now The Sixth Sense...that was good and very scary! JMHO, mind you. ;)
