Anyone have good substitutes for things they love that are healthier?
I love chocolate, so I buy Andes Candies and pour them into a bowl. After lunch, I always need something sweet, so I suck on one of those until it melts in my mouth. By savoring it, I get the craving satisfaction I'm looking for. Totally satisfies me and its only 1.5 grams of fat. Better than a candy bar!
I also don't allow junk food in the house. I don't feel bad for the kids because if junk food isn't good for us, then it isn't good for the kids. LOL
