I'm down to 206! Woo Hoo!

I don't have much time to post this morning (have a client coming in any moment,) but I'm down another couple of pounds. I started at 211, so that is the first five down. I'm really excited about getting under 200 again. (Sigh) So close but yet so far away! :)

I managed to lose weight while going out with friends last Friday night. I didn't eat badly, but I did have some adult beverages. I think I'm going to swear off the adult beverages until I get down to my ideal weight. This won't be a major thing to give up for me anyway, but it will be one more reward to have once I've reached my goal.

Cheers!
Brichard

I am sitting at 215. Not bad considering the weekend of splurge. Well splurge would be an understatement. I got up this morning and ran 3 miles. My time was slow, the weather was cold, and I've decided running on snow is not all that fun. I am glad I got out there and did it though. I won't run again until Wed.

I've been off schedule the last few days and that's fine, but its time to get back to it.

Hope everyone has a fantastic week and if not just keep on plowing through it.

Scales droken and tossed, so I don't know if I have lost anything.

GRRRRRRR!!!!!!

I usually stay at the same weight anyway.

I have keep up my walking schedule. This morning it was 55 degrees out. I had a major headache last night and my energy was low. We did the 3 miles in less than 45 mins though.

Saturday I splurged on chocolates that were around the house.

Course they are gone for now!!!!!!

Dh brought home a box of thin mints girl scout cookies!! Talk about sabotage!!!! Perhaps I should make a deal like Brichard's!!!! JUST KIDDING!!!!

Keep on moving folks!!!!

I've been better the last couple of days with my exercising. I'm already planning to go on the treadmill when the kids come home from school today :thumb:

I just have to work out a schedule that I can exercise at least 4-5 times a week. I don't usually weigh myself though

Good job everyone!

I was down another 4 pounds today for a total of 13!!

I really stayed away from all the temptations this week. I made a huge breakfast with fried potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon, cheesy scrabled egg... I had a strawberry crepe and resisted everything else.

I am just cutting back on my food consumption and drinking lots of water. I am taking a multi-vitamin and coral calcium. I won't excercise until I hit a plateau.

I haven't set a goal yet. I need to look at what I should weigh for my height. I am guessing I need to lose 100 pounds total.

Oh, sorry!! I want to have the excercise to push me over the plateau when I get there.
