I guess the claim that the food could cause weight gain is valid but then again jumping off a building would lead to an obvious conclusion as well. Don't think that would make the owner or builder liable.

LOL...seriously how can you blame the company. Shouldn't it be common sense not to eat that stuff 24/7. Ok maybe because he was a kid he would not now but the parents should.

I'm so glad they threw this out.
How can someone blame a company for making them fat? Did they hold them down and force them to eat :\

Maybe he should sue his parents for giving him money to buy it, or not teaching him proper nutrition? egad!

Its really not his parents fault though. Its society's fault. Its the culture in which they grew up. Come to think of it, I was eating some fries the other day in a pair of running shoes and running clothes and at least 100 people saw me doing this. I am sure they must of thought, if a runner is eating this stuff it must be something I need to consume large quantities of. I guess maybe I need to enter into a plea bargain.
