For Me:

Breakfast:

Baked Oatmeal

Snack:

bananna

Lunch

2 pieces of roast pork
Red potatos with red onions
Blended Vegetable Soup at Hand

Snack:

Orange

Supper:

Roasted Chicken Sandwich
Corn
Asparagus
Pineapple

I stop eating at dinner, which is key for me, and I drink at least 8 12 ounce glasses of water per day. I'm drinking about 1-2 Diet Cokes a day and one Diet Rite. I also am addicted to this Cappucino at work... English Toffe. I should probably give up the Cappuccino, but right now it is my only vice and I'm still losing!

How about you?

breakfast: HUGE bowl of Special K
snack: tangerine or an oatmeal bar
lunch: sandwich or bagel with cream cheese, mini carrots, yogurt, sometimes cheese
snack at home: cheese
supper: meat, potatoes and veggies or pasta usually.
Sometimes I'll snack at night, but not always

I vary too much. Only my breakfast is consistent-a bowl of high fiber cereal with a banana. Otherwise, all my food is served on a dessert plate and no food after dinner (5:30pm).

I'm not a big breakfast eater... either I eat nothing or I'll make myself a piece of peanut butter toast with a cup of coffee.

Lunch... Soup and or Salad... or both.

Supper... Some kind of meat (which I generally don't eat, it depends upon what kind of meat it is) Vegetables and a Salad.

Evening snack... Popcorn and a diet soda. 8o

Diane...

I thought of you the other day when I bought some Kashi cereal. You do eat that right? They had some at Target for $2 and some change for a box and I tried it last week. It is good stuff!

Variety! The only thing I might stick on is oatmeal for breakfast. It is my favorite and the one thing that really sticks with me until lunch.

It really depends on if I am being good or not. I've been into soups lately because we have a bunch in the freezer and I am trying to clean the freezer out and turn it off.

When I am running high miles, I tend to eat fruits, veges and pasta and protein. I don't tend to carb load too much though.

Now when I am off diet I am a carb junkie!!

Jeff...why do you want to turn your freezer off?

We have two fridges that each have a freezer plus a stand alone freezer. I want to empty the stand alone. I'm tried of making food ahead of time. I have been on a kick to rid our life of stuff. I just dumped all our spices down the sink. I am tried of the dried stuff. I am using fresh or going without. Some of that stuff was soooo old.

I eat A LOT! (But I have a physically demanding job)

First thing: 1 cup of coffee, so I can drive to work, lol

Pre-breakfast snack: fruit, cup of herbal tea

Breakfast: cereal and milk

Lunch: salad, cup of cooked vegetables, two bread (bagel, bread, or pasta/rice leftover from dinner), rest of milk leftover from breakfast (I pack my breakfast to work), can of fruit, cup of herbal tea.

Dinner: DH cooks! grain, such as rice or pasta or potatoes, vegetables, meat.

If he cooked plenty, I won't usually eat anymore after that-- and we eat early, at 5pm. If there wasn't very much, I will have some fruit later, or a bagel, or both. I like to have a cup of herbal tea before bed too.
