View Full Version : What is your typical Workout like?

I have 2 workouts. Workout 1 I do M,W,F and Workout 2 on T,TR.

Workout 1-

Bench Press- All Excercises are 2 sets of 10
Incline Dumbell Press
Tricep Extension
Military Press

Cardio for 30 minutes with an emphasis on running. Currently running 2 miles, building up to 3.

Workout 2-

Barbell Curls
Lat Pulldowns
Dumbell Curls
Rows (Cybex Machine)

Walk for 30 minutes, currently at 4 mph.

I run on the treadmill..2 miles/20 minutes 3 days per week, walk/intervals 3 days. Use free weights every other day.....
gotten off track lately though

I would usually walk anywhere between 3 and 5 miles a day... but I've got to admit that I haven't been very good about it lately. I guess I've got to get back on track... 8o Thanks for the reminder! LOL

I do all kinds of intervals on the treadmill. I'll walk, sprint and do hills in the same workout. I also try to walk twice a day for 20-30 minutes each time. My night workout is just casual walking while watching tv.

I also do a floor routine for my arms, abs and legs about 3 times a week.

Oh I am so boring....I walk, jog, run and do hills on my tredmill one hour three to four days a week....:)

I do 40 minutes on the treadmill 5 times a week. I do five minutes at a steady pace, and two minutes at an accelerated speed for 35 minutes with a five minute cool down. I do ab work everyday. weight and resisantance work five times a week. Stretching 7 days a week.

I've been off track due to illness and lack of will...

Typically I like to lift 6 days a week, two sets, alternate upper and lower body. I would like to run 3-5 days a week with no more than 3 miles/day. I want to really work on speed and incline so I can run Pinnacle Peak in April and June.
