I baked bannana bread last night and I just had a piece...It tastes ok, but it is very dense.
Any Ideas why? The only thing I can thing of is maybe the baking powder is too old. What do you think.

I'm not sure what you mean by dense. I like my banana bread to be somewhat heavy, as long as it is moist. I have the best results if I use the mixer to beat the bananas until they are almost liquified before I add them to the batter. Also, the bananas have to be very ripe.
Don't have an answer, but just wanted to give you my support!

LOL! Thanks anyway guys. I guess it was just heavier then normally, it was still moist. It was strange. Oh well. Guess they can't all come out perfect right!

Sounds to me like it didn't finish cooking.
