Aw, Ari...I thought this was going to be a pregnancy announcement! ;) LOL!
When we lived in England, we lived with five springer spaniels--their names were William, Charles, Dexter, Blanche and Liffey. Not names I would choose for MY dog, but they really suited their personalities! LOL!
My dog's name is Abbey and I had a dog named Teekie (short for Tequila Sunrise).

Congratulations on your new addition... I have no great idea's as far as names go. My dog's name is Tiffany if that helps any! LOL The neighbor's dog's name is Casey... :) It's always SO hard to come up with that just right name... Haven't your kids come up with any good idea's? Every time we ever got a new addition to our family the kids would fight over who's name was best and who was going to "win". LOL Good luck with your new puppy... and finding a good name! :)
Bye....

MM ! The boys want to call her Coco, because she's so white. I already had a cat named Coco Chanel. I was thinking of calling her Sofie, short for Sophia or maybe Trixie.
I should add the boys have a german shepard named Max, a hampster named Bark, and a toad named squirtle.
I have a feeling "this" is not best left to them.
She's so cute, but she cried all night long and I don't have a clock that's not electronic nor do I think it would help. HH is upset with me because I picked her up and brought her into bed(on a thick towel). He's says I'm spoiling her, she's not a human baby. I know this is true but what else could I have done?
This puppy brought back memories of a hungry baby in the middle of the night only I'm not breast feeding her. lol

All of my animals are spoiled rotten... so I know what you mean. LOL When I go to bed at night they all follow me... so when dh comes up the bed is full of cats and dog... and then he complains that he's always got to shush them out. LOL They always want to be close by me. :) I say spoil away! LOL
I see what you mean about the kids naming the pets... LOL I like the ones you picked out. Everybody else always seems to come across with such cute names for their pets... and when it comes to me I can't think of anything really cute. :) Have fun with your new little addition though... their SO cute when their puppies!

Congratulations on the new addition! Puppies are so sweet. We've been considering getting one too but haven't decided yet. I had two dogs when I was a kid. Trixie (a cocapoo) and Penny (a Terripoo) My dad named them both. Not sure where Trixies name came from but he said Penny looked like a penny when we got her.
She was little, round, brown, had a head on one end and a tail on the other.
Not much good with names myself. Good Luck.

I just love dogs...especially puppys :doggie: . They are sooooo cute and cuddley :* . I grew up with a dog all my life, abut my husband didn't have one. My kids would love to get a dog (as would I ), but my DH isn't sold on the idea :grimace: . He is getting a little better
because there are lots of dogs in our families, so we do a lot of dog sitting. There is a portugese water terrier named Baxter, a border collie named Jamie, a maltese named Gucci, a bijon-poo named Chloe, and our neighbor has a golden retreiver named Tucker. Enjoy!!!

Hi Arianna.....I too thought maybe you were pregnant!8o
Puppies are sooooo cute, our kids want one desperately, but maybe in a few years....I'm not ready to take care of one! LOL
For names.....chicklet, jasper, bunny (since she came at easter!), biscuit?????
Let us know what you decide on.
:)
Oooooh, puppies are the best! How 'bout Oreo, since you already have the Cookie? Or something like Cream or Candy, etc. I'm big on the theme things when there's two dogs around.
Congrats on your new "baby"!

My sister has a puppy named Sophie - we puppysit for her and we treat her like she's ours, so I LOVE that name! :) Let us know what you decide!
our new addition is now four months old today as a matter of fact, it's so hard when they first get to you, they cry at night, just like a child....I have no good doggie names.....but wanted to say congrats....
