198!

It feels soooo good to get under the 200 barrier. It is ironic that I made it during a week that I:

1. Ate BW3's hot BBQ wings. I have been craving these for awhile so I allowed myself to have them for a lunch. These arent' a constant craving for me, so I'm ok with it.

2. I only worked out 2 days this last week. Between the bad roads (they are worse in the early morning before the snow plows come out) and being sick for a couple of days, I just didn't make it in.

I didn't make it in today either. DW and I officially have all three of our kids with fever. This makes it hard for us to get much done as we have been tending to them so much. It also makes it tough to get to sleep. I try to watch the baby so dw can go to sleep as I know she'll get up oft in the night to be with her. What I'm saying is... I'm not getting as much sleep which makes it tough to get up in the morning.

I'm going to plan on getting in Tues-Thursday b/c I've got to stay in shape for the mini.

I'm only 5 pounds away from my low of last year, but still 18 pounds away from 180. I feel content and I'm glad I put the breaks on when I got up to 211 this time.

How'd you all do?

Well, just when I was really starting to like what I see in the mirror, and believe my dks and dh when they tell me, "YOU'RE NOT FAT!!!", along comes a special weekend and everything just totally went to pot. Dh insisted on having REAL butter to dip our crab in, we had anniversary cake for dessert, I traded dh his box of chocolates for a bag of chips (he's got a penchant for "savories", I'm the one for the sweets), I took the kids to Wendy's for lunch yesterday, I don't think I ate ANY vegetables all weekend, and I actually forgot to go for my walk yesterday, and it doesn't look like I'll have time today-- it turns out since my schedule got changed at work now, I'm going to have to choose between getting on here or going for my walk every day... (sigh)

Anyway, I guess we're all entitled to a "pig-out" weekend every now and then, right? I had been doing really good until now. Okay, so now we just move on and get back on track. "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..." (the little engine that could)
