Ok - AnnW has inspired me to add some toning exercises to my routine.
Would some care to come up with several toning exercises - how many, etc. ???
Perhaps, I could get up 15-20 minutes earlier and do this before I go walking!!!
I really do need to get my buns in gear!! Thanks for your help and encouragement.
Windsor Pilates is great..they have a 20 minute tape that kills!

You will make a great personal trainer if you are trying to kill me. LOLOLOL!!!
I won't be able to buy something for awhile, though.
Would you care to just list some exercises and how many reps??? Just to get me started.

Go to the 2nd site...it has all that kind of info.
If you want some advice, I would suggest doing your "toning up" AFTER your walk, when you are warm and flexible. You will be able to get more out of your workout with less likelihood/severity of injury. Do be sure to stretch before and after too.
I once took a college fitness class taught by the cutest little 65 year old Asian guy with a blackbelt in martial arts and a PhD in physical fitness, and that is one of the many things he taught me.:)

Now, you see why I have to post request for searches. I went to the second site and found the 8 minute work out, but when I got there. I thought it said it was a book to buy.

The way that I was feeling yesterday. That would be D - all of the above!!!
I have to head to work shortly. Will have to check it out later.
I am all ready planning on the music that I can put my new toning exercises too!!! It needs to be something snappy and up beat. I am thinking that dd could join in an afterschool. 20 min tone up!!
