moving

I have seriously thought about moving, but it all depends on if I can get a teaching job. My mother is getting older and my brother works off shore so I really am watching out for her. A lady that I worked with last year, got divorced and moved to another town. I called her and she is going to get me an application in her town. She has also mentioned me going to church with her. Another good friend feels that she was brought into my path for a reason.
I made it through this weekend without tears. My soon to be ex-husband's step grandfather E-mailed me with such words of encouragement.
This week I talk to a principal about a job, and see an attorney Friday. Anything I should take with me when I see him? Exhusband to be has made divorce papers and I will take them. He wants to pay for everything in his name and let me pay for everything in mine, except he is willing to pay for the second mortgage which is in my name. It almost seems to easy. I was really good to this guy, I tried to be a good christian wife. But it seems like he doesn't even care that our marriage is ending. I feel like something is wrong with me, even though he can't pay his bills and is running from creditors. Everyone says that when you get divorced it feels like a roller coaster of emotion, well I agree!

I can certainly understand how you would feel about moving when you feel obligated to take care of an elderly parent. We have thought about moving too (to FIL's house) and if it weren't for my dd's and her ties with school/friends AND my parents... we'd probably do it. I have to agree with the other's when they say that a move would be good for you. If it's something that you can work out... it would definitely be something worth thinking about. Let us know what you decide to do. :)
