ok, what are the differences....aren't they also called clam diggers?

also...are you liking the legging type capris? I see them alot around here...tight fitting...or are you partial to the looser fit capri?

Weird!! I was just talking about this this morning!!

I like the ankle length 'capris' and the ones that hit between mid callf and ankle. That's all I wear in the warmer months.

There are those that hit mid calf, and those that hit right below the knee - I think those are the clam diggers/pedal pushers.

I don't like ANYTHING tight fitting! Leggins are pretty 'out' here.

Now, Ann and AmyD are self-proclaimed capri collectors (additcts) so they may have more words of wisdom for ya. lol

Tight fitting capri's? only see those as workout clothes here! LOL

Basically, they are all pretty much the same thing, just different generation name. Think petal pushers are more "Laura Petrie".
I prefer mine at little above ankle length.

Me too, Ann...however my legs are so long that have a hard time finding those for myself. Mine are all mostly mid-calf to a smidgen below.

ah, yes... cropped pants! My fave! Can't wait for warmer weather! I agree with Ann, the names depend on the generation. I gave up trying to keep up with with which length is called what, so I call them all cropped! I like mine mid- to upper-calf. If they hit right above my ankle, it just looks like I'm wearing high-waters! Don't like tight fitting ones... gag! They're also for workout only around here! I like mine to be loose fitting with wide legs... helps the air flow! LOL
