I'm only three pounds away from my low of last year of 193. My workouts again were not good last week, but I did manage to get in twice. And I did get in the gym today and had a nice run. It is so much easier to run when you aren't carrying an extra 14 pounds!

I am no where near ready to run the Mini Marathon. I need to start ramping up fast. I'm going for a solid week of running three miles this week and then I'll go to four next week and five after that. It is too cold (for me!) to do long runs on weekends outside, so I may need to get in on a Saturday or Sunday and start ramping up to to 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 mile runs leading up to the race. The weather will warm up so I can start doing the longer runs outside. I think it is harder to run outside than on a treadmill, so I hope to get some good road work in.

Anyway... I'm taking it off slow, just a pound this week. I feel good though, 14 pounds is a great accomplishment. I would just like to take off another 17 and I'll be done! Just to be in the 180's again would be great!

CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss Brichard... you're doing GREAT! Keep it up... I know you'll make it!

I was down 2 pounds earlier this week, but when I weighed in this morning I was only down 1. Which is fine with me. 24 total pounds gone. I've yet to excercise, but I did watch my Pilates video and I am excited about starting it.

I received my ww cookbooks today! The recipes looks good, I can't wait to try a few.

I was so sick on Tues and Wed the congestion is still hanging around. I didn't walk on wed or thurs. On Friday, I only got 2 miles in.

My family do go and do the crop walk on Saturday.

Monday I missed because of a rain storm. This morning I did get 3 miles in. Hopefully, I can get back on the wagon.


We leave for our cruise in 22 days. It will be time for swimsuit and shorts. I do have to take measurements to go bra and underwear shopping. Don't know if I could post them though!!! I do wish that I could lose 10 lbs, but the time is getting too short.

I am thinking the cruise will be a food smorguousboard. Perhaps I shouldn't worry about losing weight. And just focus on feeling good.



HUUUMMMMM!!!! One of my walking buddies just joined curves. Perhaps I could put another workout into my day??!!!??? Things to think about.

Kacee~ My cousins are all in curves...they love it cause is a quick workout.

I'm not even gonna try to guess on my weight this week with this medicine. Alot of water gain..plus I can't stop eating...Only two days leaft on the perscription. Hopefully next week will be better. Maybe I'll be healthy again.

I know a woman who goes to curves. She loves it because wherever she is... vacation, visiting family... she can go to any curves around. Very convenient!
