It's called The Human Body and it's on this page:

Ds has this one and lost the cartridge. Couldn't find the book in any store, so I called LeapFrog to order a new cartridge and they referred me to a site with free shipping and good prices for the book/cartridge packs:

I'll have to check it out. Thanks, Mickey! The Leapad is one of the few toys ds1 will play with. :( We're always on the lookout for good book recommendations for it. One of his favs is the one that has a ton of composers, like Mozart, Bach, etc. :)

MB loves that one, too, Pam! And the Geography one--that one has little midi tunes of country anthems and songs. He also received the Brain Twisters (http://www.leapfrog.com/products/prdt_quantum.jhtml;jsessionid=YPHIIBLY5FHGECSRQTFCFEYKKGCMSIV0?id=ab_braintwisters) one as a gift for Christmas and he really likes that, too. I'm thinking about getting the Magic School Bus Solar System one...do you have that?
My ds isn't into "toys" (he usually takes them apart LOL!), so I don't buy toys anymore. I just go with what he likes and I'm happy that he happens to like educational toys/cd roms, etc.
Also, if your ds really likes music, my ds has the Sesame Street Music Maker (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00002S5B2/qid%3D1047154416/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/002-7459222-9804027) cd rom (got it for his 3rd birthday) and he still loves it.
The Geography book sounds like it would be good! Sometimes it surprises me, the ones that he latches on to, versus the ones that he can take or leave. :) He has always loved music and books, from infancy. I can remember when he was 4 months old we'd fill his diaper bag with books and he'd sit on our laps all through the church services, looking at the pictures as we'd hold up the books and turn the pages for him. Kept him quiet as a lil' mouse. :) Ds2 is starting to show the same interest in the pictures too. Makes a bookworm like me pretty happy, though it probably has little to do with the way things will be later, lol!
The Magic School Bus Solar System... is that Leap? His room is a space theme (or at least in transition to it) and he's fascinated by astronauts, stars, etc.
I checked out the link you gave for the Music Maker and that looks like something he and dd2 would both enjoy!
I was laughing when I read that MB takes his toys apart!
:D That's ds, too! I figure that's a vast improvement on the way he used to operate and that was just search and destroy. Anything he could dump out he would, and then walk away. He goes in cycles with what he does now. Sometimes he almost seems obsessive, but I'm just happy he's doing things. Right now he loves the trampoline. It kinda rotates between his bike, scooters, the sandbox, tree climbing, playing sleepover or camp out with his sisters, and the all time favorite... Super Nintendo. He amazes me sometimes how good he is. He doesn't play as much as he used to but I really think it's been beneficial to him in some ways, especially for hand-eye coordination and problem solving.
Sheesh! Didn't mean to write a book here. :p You've got me to thinking about the kids and how they play. Think I'm going to have to post a topic on that, lol!
How've you been? Seems like I don't see your name here a whole lot any more, but I don't get on as much as I'd like either. You still liking hs? Hope all is going well for you. :)

We've got the body book, the magic scool bus solar system book, the brain twister one and probably about 2/3rds of the books they make. DD hasn't been playing with it anymore though. That looks like a very good site though since those books (at least some titles) can be very hard to find
The Magic Treehouse leappad book goes along with the series by Mary Pope Osborne. That's a great beginning chapter book series. You can also get companion research guide books to go with the first couple in that series.
PamE - since your DS loves the trampoline and other outdoor activities, have you considered Moon Shoes? I ordered some for the kids for Christmas and every child in the neighborhood loved them!
Lynda..what are moon shoes???

I'm thinking they are like these....... http://www.extextoys.com/moonshoes1.html
Do they really bounce very high??
Lynda, I've given thought to Moon Shoes but am reluctant. Ds has some coordination problems and while he does some things well he has a tendency to trip over his own feet quite a bit. We tried rollerblades/skates. He hated them and never did get the hang of it. I'm just afraid that he'd do himself serious injury. I'd be willing to give them a go myself though, lol! They look like fun. :)
How high they go would definitely be a factor too. The higher they go the harder they fall type thing. We have a net around the trampoline and I thank God for it about ten or twenty times a day as ds goes catapulting into it! Yikes!
