That is a total loss of 16 pounds so... I am now more than 50% to my goal of total weight loss (31 pounds!) I had an excellent week as far as training goes. I ran for 50 minutes on M and W and then ran for 60 minutes on Friday. I've been slowly cranking up the speed and I am up to running 6.3 mph. I'm just trying to move it up .1 mph each time I work out until I get to around 7. Sometimes I crank it a little higher for periods of time, but I'm at least going that fast. Friday I ran for 6.4 miles and that is the most I've run in awhile.
The eating part of the week was just ok. We went out to eat Friday night and had another birthday party at the hanger this weekend. I don't eat the cake b/c I don't really like cake all that much, but I've just had a propensity to snack too much. Even if you eat food that can be good for you (strawberries, nuts, etc.) it was just a handful here and there that was starting to add up. I'm trying to eat more veggies. I had some spaghetti squash, spinach salad, and brussel sprouts last week. I eat my veggies alot better when I have some variety like that.
Anyway... how was your week?
