3-17-03 Dinner Thread?

:stpats: we are having ground hamburger/cabbage stir fry nothing fancy...over brown rice....should be good...

anyone making a traditional Corn Beef and Cabbage dinner?

Well since DH is going to be at work and DS#1 doesnt want to eat. So it will jsut be DS#2 and I eating so he will probably want soup (his fave) and I will most likely wind up with toast or a sandwhich.

I am cooking chicken with cheddar broccoli rice and corn.

We had the traditional dinner yesterday @ my in-laws.
I made a pot of chili and served w/soft bread and cheese.
