I was actually up a pound to 196. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little frustrated, but I think I'm finally coming to one of those plateaus. I kind of stopped my weight loss effort the last time I got here, but I'm going to push on this time!
I had a great week of training for the Mini-Marathon. I had runs of 5.4 miles on the treadmill twice and for the first time I did some out door work. I ran 7.2 miles outside on Saturday for my first "non-treadmill" run of the year. The weather was nice and cool and I ran at a very fast pace for me. I was around 7 mph and the fastest I've trained thus far is 6.5.
I signed up for a 15K race on April 19th, so that should be a good final tune-up run for the Mini in addition to lengthening my runs on the weekend. I'll go for 8 miles this weekend.
