Guess I'll start......... dd got up at the crack of dawn for some reason - got her to school and I headed to the park where I started my weeking run. Decided I'd run twice a week and keep up the Tae-Bo too. Gotta jump start myself on some more weight loss.

Dance tonight then she's off to my mom's for the night - I'll be out bright and early tomorrow waiting in line to buy recital tickets.
She'll have her first golf lesson tom. morning! :yippee:

Don't know what we'll end up doing tonight -- might meet up w/some girlfriends or something.

I don't know why, but it always tickles me when you post about having to buy the dance recital tickets, Jen! I would be so ticked after spending all that money for lessons and costumes if I had to stand in line to buy a ticket and maybe not get in!!

Everyone is still home in my house.:\ DS is just not doing well...called the peed to see what to do. DD is saying that her tummy hurts and I think it might be from the drainage that her sinus are having or she is faking! :\ She knows that by missing school she won't be able to do softball tomorrow or go to this special tea that we were invited to and she seemed ok with that, so maybe she isn't feeling all that well.
I am going to buy a bunch of plants and work in my yard today for therapy!

LOL, Ann. The tickets are for reserved seats. That's why we get out there early to we can choose our seats for whatever performances we want to go to. So, we definitely get in.

Hell yeah - lock the sickies IN the house and get outta there!!
Poor kids; hope they kick this soon and feel better.

T.G.I.F. seems like its been a long week....I have the kids to get off to school and then off to work.....Fridays are always good for me, because I get so busy, the next thing I know its time to come home...:lol:

I am looking forward to just hanging out this weekend.....dd and dh are going out Sat. morning....might take ds somewhere special while they are gone, not sure where though?(... planning to get together with my brother and his wife to shoot some pool this weekend.....

I had so much fun helping at ds's school yesterday. I actually ended up going in earlier than planned, but the time went so fast. Some of those kids were a riot ~ I'd love to be a fly on the wall of a kindergarten classroom!! :)

Nothing planned for us today. Dh is at a fb clinic today, so afterschool dks and I will just hang out and maybe start some Easter crafts.

A healing happened in our house...once dd found out this tea was a one shot deal, she was all better!!! LOL She went to school at 9:30.

We are leaving in a few minutes to take ds back to the doc..they are very concerned about dehydration.
Yes, he missed the orchestra thing. His principal called yesterday and said that if he was able to come to school, she wasn't going to let him go cause he had missed the week and she was going to work out the grade thing with the orchestra teachers.

Everyone seems so busy..I sure feel lazy...

No DCk's today so maybe I can get some housework done. Have a bunch of laundry to do as well, trying to decide weather or no tto take it to my Moms or the laundry mat later...The thing is that the laundry mat I can do all the loads at once and be done with it just bring it home to dry, but it is so expensive and my Moms is free..

DS#1 is at school today. DS#2 is busy playing with his trucks..

Not sure what we are doing tonight, my friend and her family will be in town all weekend for a hockey tournament so I may try to catch the game that is tonight.

Ann-Hope your DS feels better soon, let us know how things go..

ANN...8o 8o WoW, what a MIRACLE!!! LOL It's just amazing how fast they can recover from an illness when they realize what they're going to miss out on if they don't? LOL Hope your ds get's better real soon. Let us know what you find out.

Easy day for me today... FOUR kids out sick with the flu today. 8o So far I've gotten quite a lot done, vacuumed all the rooms, got the dusting done along with a load of laundry that didn't get done last night. I've got some paper work to catch up on and then I think I'll be done for the day. Out to eat with my dh and mom tonight... gotta take her to run a few errands, and then hopefully we'll be able to drop her off and come back home. (She always wants us to come in and visit for an hour or so before we go back home) I'm really looking forward to coming home and putting my feet up and enjoying some peace and quiet. LOL

It's cold and rainey here... woke up to lots of ice this morning. It looks like the weather is suppose to improve over the weekend... thank goodness. I'm SO sick of looking at all these clouds... so gloomy. It makes me feel like all I want to do is go lay down and go to sleep. LOL Oh well... at least it's not snowing!

of the 3 tests they did for DS, 1 came back negative and the other two haven't come back. they are checking for bacterial infection, and parasites ....they changed him to Lomotil so we will see.......

We are in the middle of an ice storm. It started last night and has been raining/snowing/hailing all day. Dd had her first snow day. We are a bit claustrophobic because we aren't used to being stuck inside. We cleaned the house this a.m and its already messy. LOL

Hopefully, things will lighten up tomorrow. We are having a birthday party for my Dad's 70th. My brother is due in from Ohio tonight and we were going to have all the grandkids pics taken tonight by my other brother's girlfriend (she is a professional photographer) and give it to my dad as a present, but I think my brother is stuck in the weather somewhere. Hopefully we can do it tomorrow.

I'm finally able to sit down for a few minutes. It's been a busy ew days dc wise and have had several drop-ins the past 2 days. Today I have a 3 mo old who gave me some problems there for awhile. She'd only sleep if I held her and I had to put her down to change another ones diaper. It took quite awhile to calm her back down and get her back to sleep. She's now sleeping in her infant carrier. She'll be gone in about an hour and she won't ever be coming back!

Dd has Brownies tonight so that the big thing on the agenda.
