View Full Version : Weight Loss Check In W/E 4/05

Not much to say except... holding at 195. :)

I had a great run this last week of 7 mph for 50 minutes. That has been my training goal for weekly runs, so I feel very good about that. However, for the second straight week the weather has not been good for an outdoor run. I really need for it to be about 50 degrees, and it was more like 30 degrees out there this weekend.

Oh well, I've got plenty of time for my ramp up, and with my increase in speed I am running darn near 7 miles on my weekly runs anyway. I signed up to do a 15 K in a couple of weeks, so as long as I can do an outdoor run this weekend of 8 miles, I should be in great shape.

My eating has just been ok. I'm cheating enough to not lose, but I'm not gaining either. I just need to get that discipline back so I can lose this last 15 pounds. I feel good and I feel confident!

How did everybody do last week?

I gained 2 pounds and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!!!!!! ROFL

staying away from the scale for a while.....but feeling good...working out 4 days a week....and feeling fine....:wiggle:
