Does anyone have experience with (and a recipe for) "natural glue"? I got the idea from Parent's Magazine, last year, in an article about decorating Easter eggs. The recipe is:
1 1/2 c confectioner's sugar
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
2 Tbsp water
1 egg white
Beat until stiff peaks form.
You use it to stick other goodies (sprinkles, small candies, ribbon,etc ) on the eggs. However, mine would never make "stiff peaks" - it worked, but not quite as well as I hoped - wasn't quite sticky enough.
Just hoping someone has a version of this recipe that might work better. TIA
