I can't believe it's Monday already, my 3 day weekend sure went by fast. I sure hope you all had a good Easter, I know we did. I ended up having everyone over for a Turkey/Ham dinner and it turned out delicious. I sent a lot of left overs home with everyone. It rained and stayed gloomy all day long... Yuck!!!

Nothing too much on the agenda today. I've got some light house cleaning to do and then I think I'm going to tackle cleaning out my refridgerator. After yesterday, it needs it real bad. 8o I've got my usual paper work to catch up on... always a neverending job! LOL After 5 day's the sun is "suppose" to come out... can't wait! I can hardly remember what the sun looks like anymore. LOL Besides that... absolutely nothing and I hope it stays that way. LOL Hope you all have a great day today...

looks like rain outside today....it was beautiful yesterday....we did a huge brunch, with the kids....then hid more eggs in the yard...just kept it going...dd really enjoyed that.....watched the kids make pictures out of chalk in the back yard, while chatting to our families on the phone.....dh and I rented a movie....kids watched a movie in the other room....then we made pizza's....ended the evening with "The Ten Commandments" it was a good Easter


back to normal today....gotta get the kids off to school...then myself to work.....promised to make peanut butter cookies afterschool...other than that....I am regularly schedualed....;)

Morning! Woke up at 6, but went back to sleep till 9!
Had a nice Easter. This kids swam in the rain, but had fun. Lots of good food.

He is doing so much better!! He is still fairly weak and swimming wore him out yesterday, but no bad bm's.
We had Easter break (Good Friday/Easter Monday) off.

Morning all!

Nothing specific planned today...had a horrible nights sleep. I woke up with all sorts of leg cramps and back aches at like 3 am.

Easter was nice...ate way to many sweet. Gotta love those Italian pastaries. I didn't even touch my easter candy yet.

Had a great wknd. My parents ended up coming over yesterday and treated at Red Lobster. Later we went to see the gal who took care of my fil. They invited us to stay for dinner and the kids eyes lit up, so we stayed. Had only planned on stopping in, but left 4 hours later - they are like family to us and I loved the time spent with them.

Dh got up with dks today and I got to sleep in - perfect morning for the last day of break. LOL! Dks are playing with Easter stuff. I can't decide what I want to do. Have a few errands I want to run, but may save those for tomorrow when both dks have school. Such decisions. :rolleyes:

I am slowly getting back to schedule. Worked today!!! I am still trying to come up with fun and educational activities to do with the children.

Currently, I am waiting for our Piano tuner to come and tune the piano. Then it is practice and dinner. I still have lesson plans for this week, but hope to get them completed tonight. (We'll see.)

My legs are still very sore after all the weeding. It hurts to walk, but I am hanging tough.


Glad to hear that everyone is getting back to some normal.


Now, when is the next holiday??????
