went into View and made the text smaller...but that doesn't seem to help me....everthing is GIANT....argh...

Sorry no help here...I hadit happen once but I went to view like you said and that worked...Sorry not more help!

I just thought of something...are your tool bars missing? If so try F11.

Try right clicking on your desktop tehn
click on PROPERTIES
Click on the SETTINGS tab
Change your screen area if it is on 640 x 480 to 600 x 800 or 1024 x 748

I bet you turned on your monitor after your computer booted up. I don't know why it happens, but I know it does! Try re-starting without turning off the monitor.

Hope it's that easy.

A lot of times other programs (games especially) will change the screen size automatically and if any problems are encountered on the exit procedure it won't always set it back to the way it was before.
