Howdy,
I was wondering how everyone is doing. I made it 3 days last week, but I was very weak and had a hurt knee. I didn't put all that I could into my work-out.
I am still walking though. We had to move it to 4 days a week, because my walking buddy is on call for one day.
Somedays, I feel really good and others not so.
Tomorrow is my weigh day. I am really afraid to be disappointed. I have worked hard, but have not watched my eating. I don't think that I have lost anything. I will probably weigh on Friday as tomorrow is a day off from Curves.
How is everyone else doing????
