View Full Version : Anyone still exercising??

I am going to go to curves in a little bit. Going to get a work out in before work. Hope that I don't get too sweaty. I am going to take some cleansing clothes. I am still making 3 workouts a week. It get challenging sometimes, like today, but I am doing it.


The good news. I have lost 5 1/2 pounds. I am now a member of the 5 lb club.

I say this as I just eat a huge lunch. Left-overs that I didn't want to stick back into the fridge. I will just keep plugging away at it. Weight loss not eating all the left-overs!! LOLOLOL


Where is everyone else?? Tell me that I am not alone in this too!!! (earlier thread).


Well, I am off. I have to be at work at 12:00. The work out takes me 35 mins.

Hi, Kacee! I'm still going to Curves...usually get three days in, but sometimes only two. The hardest part for me is actually leaving my house...once I do that, I'm good to go. It really feels good when I go. I admire those with the self-discipline to exercise at home. I know that I just wouldn't do it--I realized this as I sat in my rocker and watched Billy Blanks do Tae Bo one day! LOL!

trying to get three days of walking in a week....been losing weight...just started eating better....more REAL food...no Processed stuff....gave up white flour and sugar...feel great.....

WAY to GO you guys...:thumb:

Well, I made it to the work out, but the last time around I skipped the jogger squares. I was almost late for work. I just did the strenght machines. I will make up for this by going tomorrow.

I have gained 15 pounds this winter! So I need to get busy and start exercising!!!

I actually had to take a couple of weeks off... doctor's orders. It actually had nothing to do with my exercising, but exercising would aggravate the condition. I'd tell you what it is, but you would all say TMI! (Too much information!)

hahaha I think I know what your condition is and I need to be in that shape as well LOL.

I've been struggling. Eating more than I should and though no excercise I've been lots more active since the temps have been better outside. I've lost 36 pounds total.

I'm really thinking about joining curves. They just opened here. I need to find out how $$$ it is.
